Gene Keys and Levels of Consciousness

  • The Level of Consciousness is probably the most important notion of the Gene Keys teaching. 
  • It is thanks to this notion that the genius of Richard Rudd was able to give a new vertical and dynamic dimension to the horizontal and static structure of Human Design System. 
  • Raising its Level of Consciousness is probably the best chance humanity has to get out of the torments of the shadow and to rise toward the light.

How to raise one’s Level of Consciousness

How to lower one’s Level of Consciousness

  • All negative emotions: greed, anger, hatred, jealousy, fear, selfishness, feeling a victim 
  • Stress, agitation, anxiety
  • Cities and overcrowded places
  • Hospitals, prisons, shopping malls and supermarkets, airports, nightclubs
  • Concrete or metal buildings
  • Travelling by car, bus, train, subway, airplane
  • Immoderate use of computers, mobile phones and other electrical or electronic devices
  • Television, newspapers, magazines, internet, movies, novels
  • Company of people who are in a low level of consciousness
  • Conflicts, gossip, idle conversation
  • Unhealthy diet, junk food
  • Intoxicants: tobacco, alcohol, drugs, chemical drugs
  • Pollution: air, water and food; noise pollution; electromagnetic pollution; air conditioning
  • Overwork and excessive mental activity
